Quick Navigation

DeepTraQ AI offers three subscription plans:

Free: Access to all Pro features, includes 10 credits.
Standard: $29 per user, includes 20 credits.
Pro: $59 per user, includes 40 credits.
An asset is defined as one IP, website, code repository, or cloud account.
Yes, Free users can use all Pro features. However, they are limited in credits and asset limits.
Yes.

Additional Standard plan users: $15/user
Additional Pro plan users: $30/user
External collaborators (Pro only): $150/user
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes in plan will affect your next billing cycle, and any additional credits from the new plan will be applied accordingly.
Each subscription plan allows you to add multiple users as collaborators. Free and Standard plans have limits based on your plan type, while Pro allows more users and external collaborators at additional cost.
Credits are used for AI queries, running AI agents, and scans. They are consumed based on usage:

Scans:
< 2 min → Free
2–10 min → 0.25 credits
10–30 min → 0.5 credits
30–45 min → 0.75 credits
< 60 min → 1 credit
60 min → 2 credits

Cloud scanning: Credits are consumed per scan time and number of resources scanned. Example: 1,000 resources → 1 credit. Bulk discount: 50,000+ resources → 40% discount.
Research Studio spins a virtual machine/container with preinstalled cybersecurity tools accessible via the frontend terminal.

Priced per hour: 1 hour → 0.2 credits
Creating a policy consumes 20 credits

Sharing policies with general users consumes 5 credits per user per month
Each plan includes 10 custom alerts. Additional alerts are billed as:

Every 10 extra alerts → 1 credit
Yes, you can top up additional credits at any time. This allows you to continue running AI queries, scans, or using other features without changing your subscription plan.
Yes, DeepTraQ AI operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You can buy credits anytime to continue using AI queries, agents, or scans beyond your plan limits.
Yes. Pricing depends on plan and user type:

Standard: $15/user
Pro: $30/user
External Pro collaborators: $150/user
No, credits are non-transferable and are tied to the account that purchased them. Each user must manage their own credits.
Yes, credits have an expiration period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused credits after this period will be forfeited.
Yes, bulk discounts are available for large credit purchases, particularly for cloud scanning. For example, scanning 50,000+ cloud resources receives a 40% discount.
During the beta:

You can scan up to 50 unique assets only.
You get 50 free usage credits.
An asset is defined as one IP, website, code repository, or cloud account.
Yes, beta users have access to all features, but with the above limitations on assets and credits.
Once DeepTraQ AI reaches General Availability (GA), free trial limitations will be removed, and subscription plans with defined credit limits and pricing will take effect.
Yes, beta users can request additional credits beyond the free 50-credits limit. Such requests are subject to approval, and payment will be required. To request additional credits, please contact us at contact@deeptraq.ai.
Cloud scanning connects your cloud accounts (AWS, Azure, GCP) and evaluates resources for vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
Credits are consumed based on both:

Scan duration
Number of resources scanned

Example: 1,000 resources → 1 credit, 50,000+ resources → 40% discount
No. Each connected account will consume credits based on the total resources scanned and scan duration.
Beta users can scan up to 50 unique assets free, including cloud resources. Other scans consume credits as per plan.
DeepTraQ currently supports AWS, Azure, and GCP for both integrations and cloud scanning. You can connect your accounts from these providers to run vulnerability scans, monitor resources, and use automated security policies.
Yes, DeepTraQ supports scanning multiple cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP. Each environment will consume credits based on the number of resources scanned and the duration of the scan.
We currently support:

Cloud Providers: AWS, Azure, GCP
Version Control & Code Repositories: GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket
Yes. Integrations such as cloud scanning consume credits based on the number of resources scanned and scan duration. See the pricing section for details.
Yes, you can connect multiple accounts per integration. Each account may consume additional credits depending on scan activity.
Yes, all integration credentials are stored encrypted and used only for authorized operations within DeepTraQ AI.
Yes, DeepTraQ AI allows you to schedule recurring or automated scans for your connected cloud and code repository accounts. Scheduled scans will consume credits according to the resources scanned and the scan duration, just like manual scans.
AI agents can:

Scan vulnerabilities across your assets
Query security intelligence feeds
Automate routine cybersecurity tasks
Each agent execution consumes credits, depending on the number of tasks, duration, and resources processed.
Yes, your credit balance and subscription plan will determine how many agents you can run at the same time.
Yes, AI agents can query supported cloud accounts (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Git repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) to fetch data, analyze security posture, and generate insights.
DeepTraQ AI currently supports OpenAI models, Claude, Gemini, Cloudflare models like LLaMA 70B, and DeepSeek for various reasoning, analysis, and report generation tasks.
Yes, automatic AI-generated security reports are available only for Pro subscription users.
Currently, bringing your own API key for third-party LLMs is not supported.
No, deploying your own LLM model and integrating it with DeepTraQ AI is not supported at this time.
