Pro: $59.99 per user, includes 40 credits.
Teams: $99.99 for 20 users, includes 200 credits.
Enterprise: $399.99 per user, includes 40 credits.
MSP: $249.99 per user, includes 100 credits.
Yes, Free users can use all Pro features. However, they are limited in credits and asset limits.
Yes. You can add additional users for teams, enterprise and msp plans.

Credits are used for AI queries, running AI agents, and scans. They are consumed based on usage:

Scans:
< 2 min → Free
2–10 min → 0.25 credits
10–30 min → 0.5 credits
30–45 min → 0.75 credits
< 60 min → 1 credit
60 min → 2 credits

Cloud scanning: Credits are consumed per scan time and number of resources scanned. Example: 1,000 resources → 1 credit. Bulk discount: 50,000+ resources → 40% discount.
An MSP (Managed Service Provider) subscription is designed for organizations that manage multiple clients or large teams, offering advanced features and flexibility compared to individual plans. While individual plans (Free, Standard, Pro) are meant for single users or small teams, MSP subscriptions allow:

Multi-client or multi-team management: Monitor multiple client environments from a single dashboard.

Advanced user controls: Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for internal teams and external collaborators.

Higher scale limits: Support for more assets, IPs, cloud accounts, and users.

Centralized billing and reporting: Streamlined management across multiple clients or teams. Customize reports.
Some add-ons are available for all plans, while others are restricted to specific plans. For example, features like External Collaborators and Additional Users can only be added to Teams, Enterprise, and MSP subscriptions, not individual plans. Other add-ons, such as Credit Bundles or Compliance Packs, may be available across all plans. This ensures that advanced collaboration and enterprise-level features are used only by customers who have access to team or organizational capabilities.
We support multiple payment methods to make it convenient for our customers:

Stripe: Available for all international and domestic customers for credit/debit card payments.

Razorpay UPI: Available only for Indian customers to pay via UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
Billing Cycle: Subscription plans are billed monthly and must be paid within the first week of each month.

Add-Ons & Credits: Additional credits or add-ons can be purchased anytime during the month.

Proration: If an add-on or credit pack is purchased mid-month, the cost will be prorated based on the remaining days of the billing cycle.
If you subscribe to a plan or purchase add-ons in the middle of the month, the charges will be prorated based on the remaining days of the billing cycle. This ensures you only pay for the portion of the month you have access to the service.
Yes! If you choose an annual subscription, you get 2 months free — meaning you only pay for 10 months while enjoying 12 months of service. This is a great way to save compared to paying monthly.
Delayed Payment Consequences:

After 7 days: Scans and other active platform operations will be temporarily suspended.

After 21 days: The account will be terminated, and all data will no longer be accessible or viewable.
